CLICK & COLLECT FROM ARIMOS
We are proudly based in Newcastle upon Tyne, and work right across the North East. So we’re pleased to be able to offer a Click & Collect service to the North East community.
As well as being able to pick your order up for free, you can also ask us any questions that you may have about how to use the item you are buying, to get the most effective treatment for your pest problem.
WHO CAN USE CLICK & COLLECT?
As we launch this new service, Click & Collect will be available to customers with an NE postcode (NE1, NE2, NE28 etc).
We hope to extend this to other North East postcodes in the near future.
HOW DO I USE CLICK & COLLECT?
If your address qualifies for our Click & Collect service, you will be able to select the FREE Click & Collect option when you check out on our online store.
Select Click & Collect as your delivery option, and complete the checkout. We will then be in touch with you to let you know when you can collect your order (see below).

WHEN CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER?
After you have placed your Click & Collect order, we will prepare your items, and then we will email you with details of when you can collect your order. This will ideally be the same day depending on the time of your order, and the availability of staff on a given day.
The email will explain when you can collect, and give you directions and so on.
Please leave us a contact telephone number with your order (ideally a mobile) in case we need to contact you.
** Please do not turn up to collect an order at an unspecified day or time, as we cannot guarantee that anyone will be available to serve you **

DIRECTIONS VIA CAR
FROM COAST ROAD (EAST)
Head West towards Newcastle city centre on the A1058 (Coast Road)
As you come through Jesmond, take the left onto Sandyford Road
Take the first left onto Goldspink Lane (The Blind Shop is on the corner)
Take the first left again to head down the back lane.
Drive all the way to the end, and follow to the right.
We are roughly 1/3rd of the way down the lane.
FROM CENTRAL MOTORWAY (NORTH, SOUTH & WEST)
If you are approaching Newcastle on the A167 (Central Motorway) (either coming North off the Tyne Bridge, or heading South from the Town Moor) take the turn off for the A1058 (Coast Road) to head East towards the coast.
Go through the first traffic lights on the A1058 in the middle lane.
Then turn right at the second set of traffic lights onto Portland Terrace.
At the traffic lights on Portland Terrace, turn left onto Sandyford Road.
Take the second left on Sandyford Road onto Goldspink Lane (The Blind Shop is on the corner)
Take the first left to head down the back lane.
Drive all the way to the end, and follow to the right.
We are roughly 1/3rd of the way down the lane.
DIRECTIONS VIA PUBLIC TRANSPORT
There are a number of bus stops on Sandyford Road, serviced by bus numbers.

We are a couple of minutes walk from here. Once you alight from the bus, you should be able to see The Blind Shop on the corner of Goldspink Lane. Head past the shop, down Goldspink Lane. Take the first left to head down the back lane. Walk all the way to the end, and follow to the right. We are roughly 1/3rd of the way down the lane.
