At Arimos, we take pride in our customer service, and aim to have your products with you as quickly as possible. 

** Please note that the current COVID-19 pandemic has caused delivery services to be unpredictable at times, with delays related to staff shortages for processing, and increased mail volume. We please ask that you be patient at this time, and expect that your items may take slightly longer to arrive than normal. **

DELIVERY OPTIONS

 

FREE DELIVERY – Available on all orders over £150.00

Orders that qualify for free delivery will arrive via a tracked courier service. You will be notified of your tracking number when the goods are shipped.

 

CLICK & COLLECT – FREE – North East England

We offer a free Click & Collect service from our main base in Newcastle upon Tyne. At the moment we are offering this service to people in the NE postcode area.

UK DELIVERY

The majority of our items** are available for delivery across the UK. 

 

STANDARD DELIVERY – £3.99  – up to 3kg

Standard delivery is most commonly via Royal Mail, with some exceptions for bulkier items.

Delivery should typically take 2 – 4 working days. 

 

SIGNED FOR DELIVERY – £4.99 – up to 3kg

Signed for delivery will automatically be used for items over £50 in value, or can be selected at the checkout as an option on smaller orders.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

At the moment we are unable to offer international delivery. This is something that we hope to have up and running in the near future. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. 

 

HAZARDOUS & DANGEROUS GOODS

** Unfortunately there are some items on our website which we cannot ship in the mail, due to the items being classified as hazardous or dangerous goods. 

For these items we can only currently offer Click & Collect to customers in the North East of England.
